What's on the menu for New Years Eve?

I put a brisket on the smoker about an hour ago. It should be done around 9 or 10. I have some snow crab and scallops and a few different hors devours to warm up.

Looks like a night of cold wet weather here, hope no iceing problems, say a prayer for all the people out amongstem tonight, I think I will pamper my wife of 40 years and cook up some grilled cheese bacon sandwiches and tell her to watch my dust as I deep clean areas I do once a week. Plus she can see my program doing so.
