Wheel Bearings coming loose

-
You may have bad parts. Use Timken bearings and races. I bet if you put the old bearings back in your problem will go away.

I took the hubs apart and checked them out. I did get one hollow sounding noise when first tapped the pass side inner race, then it was a solid feel/noise. If it did move I don't think it was anything significant in terms of how far it moved, maybe 1-2 thousandths. The bearings sat on the shoulders properly, races weren't spinning, seals were on correctly, tightened to FSM spec. Test drive went fine and the bearings stayed put. I hope that did the trick. Thanks to a broke exhaust hanger I wasn't able to go for an extended drive. I'll fix the hanger in the morning after work and report back if any issues. I hope not. Thanks for the encouragement, I guess I should have taken the hubs off right away.
