My car is a '73 Scamp w/a '72 Demon front clip including K member. Small block is coming back out for newly bought 383 big block.
Anybody know which oil pan is needed for swap?
I heard pan #187, if thats true, then I'm covered, I scored one of those as well, if not, please help.

Thanks Mark

Cool, I should have asked also what part number for pick up tube, but I can always call Jegs or Summit for that unless you have the info. as well.

Thanks again.

Mark

The 699 pan can be used to ,it`s very similar to the 187 pan. One of my Barracudas had a 402 pan on it and it worked without any clearance issues. I`ve even seen people use the 833 pan. I`ve used the Milodon 7qt. pan but had to ding it for the idler and notch the K-member on the corners. As long as your steering linkage has an uninterrupted range of movement you`ll be okay with whatever you choose.
