which one looks better hub cap or wheel cover

i have a 69 dart custom that i am de-trimming and converting to a GTS.

which do you guys think looks better

the red circle hub caps .....(later they would be on body color wheels which is F8 green)

OR

the full wheel cover.

future tires call for redline tires like my other dart.

im kinda leaning towards the wheel covers but what do you guys think?
