My air cleaner lid is 14 or 15” I believe...some minor patina but looks great for a vintage original part...I cherish it and looks great on my old school ride.
I got those air filters with the stars from a member and was very lucky to be the first one on them when they popped up on the for sale. It was one of those right place at the right time no doubt about it! I traded a four-speed Overdrive, a Hurst shifter, and a few other things to get my direct connection valve covers and they were brand new in the box. (I didn't stop offering him stuff till he finally said okay you can have them) I still haven't used the original grommets that are still sealed in a little baggie Inside the Box. White Punk Nitro sold me a direct connection distributor hold down clamp, but the only evidence of that is the package- nothing written on it. Also I have a direct connection Chrome oil filter which LOL is a little old and I don't plan to use even though it's new. I do have a set of those Mopar spark plugs, but again something else I won't use. also I have a really cool direct connection tachometer but it's only got two wires coming out of it and I believe it's for maybe being run off of a Magneto? I'd sure like to have it either connected up properly? Or the guts of it changed to something that I can use and still reveal the direct connection front? I had better take a quick picture of that one. of course I had a thread about it like everything a long time ago, but I couldn't even tell you what the title to that thread was?Agree...and The old DC stuff is getting quite rare....
I love it! I'm blowing the pictures up on my phone so I can see every last little detail! Those are really cool... now the question would be do you have 12 for a big block or 10 for a small block of the valve cover hold Downs? Just out of curiositity...I have never seen one of these...small but heavy metal plaque/emblem with a sticky back and a brushed face....NOS...odd and cool!

I appreciate you showing me that stuff it keeps my eye more accurate to what to look for...12....
That makes two others and my two after two days of asking. Do you have a picture of Fratzogs nuts?I have one.
It was on my Duster along with one of those same DC chrome air cleaner lids.
That car was built around 1989-91.
The DC lid rusted quite badly IIRC. Kind of wish it had held up better.
I actually prefer the nuts that look like Fratzogs, though.

Get this straight - I'm not looking for too much information! LolBA HA HA HA HA.

I hit the like button to be nice, but I really wanted to hit the disagree button because I'm not talking about - well that! You're the one who brought them up!?It’s quite simple really. Lol.
You spent two days……asking the entire interwebs……for pictures of fratzogs nuts. Lol.
And now I’m laughing again. Lol

Me too just saying this isn't the way we want the thread to continue! LOL back to our regularly scheduled program here???Just saying. Lol
Holy smokes! All this joking and I almost missed your post! I wouldn't let those sit around for a second they'd be holding down my direct connection valve covers if I could get my hands on them! Thank you for sharing!I've had these sitting around for years. Can't say for sure if they are DC, or not.

Awesome thread... got me thinking, it wouldn't be too hard to reproduce something like that would it? Just CNC now vs cast before? some kind of epoxy creation on top?
Actually I meant to quote you on that last post...Well, they don't go with the engine compartment on the Dart in my avatar, since it's mostly stock, and they don't go with my fury, since the engine color is red. And the 440 would need 2 more. I've never seen these anywhere else. Not sure what I want to do with them. I don't know their value either.....
