I would never buy it, but it's cold out and I'm bored, so what's it worth?

I believe it was a 340 car, whether it was a Formula S who knows unless the buildsheet is in it.

It's a shame to see it waste away, the body looks to be fairly solid.

My guess the rockers, cross members, and frame rails are in bad shape. Still some good parts on it.
 
location? probably not a "s" car most were stripe delete and had the "S" callout on the fender and doesn't look like it has the blacked out tail panel BUT may be a sure grip 8 3/4 and 4sp pedals dash/glass ect could be a good score !

it doesn't have a finish panel (argent or black) at all, nor does it have front fenders so not sure how you came to that particular observation

The stripes were an option so there was no such thing as a stripe delete on a 69 Barracuda.
 
This is there too, well they both were when I was there last to get two 62 Darts.

V78 was a stripe delete code that I've seen on a 69 Barracuda fender tag but not sure which stripe or what the circumstances were.
