WIW 73 340 Dart Sport sunroof

I'm going to look at a 73 sport 340 on thursday I'm not up on the later A-bodies. But this one has my attention as it has the sunroof and the Gold and green Mod top seems pretty rare..

Fender tag, broadcast sheet, complete #'s car (thats what is he is telling me)

Body/interior needs redone not to rusty. fresh # 's Engine and is modified to about 425hp was on the road 2-3 yrs ago. alot of original engine acces. are missing. Tranny tight and mahing. Looking for what is current value is all ball park..

not many sunroof cars made without vinyl tops and the 340 package. it is also a convertriple (Sunroof and Folddown Backseat)
Woud need pics to determine true value
It doesnt have a vinyl top because it has V08 (Delete Vinyl Roof) and only special top available in 73 was the gator grain top

I notice the VO8 also but, it also has the V1Y Roof Type OR Color: Full Vinyl Top - Gold and Green Floral ..what would this mean?

It means the top is either painted body color or with a vinyl top and since it has V08 it denotes that it didnt come from factory with a vinyl top. Do you have pics of the exterior? And also the dual exhaust without chrome tips is unusual and it also was a stripe delete car as well.

Does it run or move and stop?
 
Was told they replaced the old top yrs ago.. for the white one. now currently on it. Here is all I have so far for pictures.

It would have originally looked like this when new but no scoop or go wing from the factory this was takin at a show in Ocala, FL a few years ago. very nice car

Okay so if its not full of bondo and the undercarrige is nice.. and turns out to be complete matching #'s. What would it be worth? thanks

2000-3000 if its numbers matching and fairly solid and sunroof works
I paid 1500 for this http://www.forabodiesonly.com/mopar/showthread.php?t=217020
Numbers matching but not running or driving and complete except carb and air cleaner and motor locked up. But I got it free and running great
 
It is a last chance sale so it would appear that he hasn't had many really interested buyers so maybe you can get it bought right. He says it has an 8 3/4 under it but there was no 8 3/4 from the factory in 1973. If it is an 8 3/4 make sure it has the big bolt axles and is the correct rearend for an a body. The price depends on what you want to make out of the car but I think it is over priced based off the way it is shown.
 
I'd say $3500 is pushing the envelope of SANITY......It looks kinda rough overall....and its been said, that it is missing stuff.

Clear title....runs....stops....$3500 TOPS.

GLW the purchase.
 
would not pay anything over 3500 for it. the drivetrain is worth more then the car
