If you have worked on it in the last 3 years and it felt good to do so, keep it. If you haven't, sell it. It will take effort to move it, but it will not be easily replaced should you have sellers remorse. Good luck on your move.
To answer your question about WIW, I generally add up everything I have, "ahem", invested, and discount it by 40% if I want to move it. If you have time, set the price higher and wait a little longer. You have a particularly nice product there.

I would make the effort to move it to Oklahoma with you as well. It'll be a lot less expensive to move it then it would to sell it and then try to buy something similar to it after you've moved. Also I used to live in Northeastern Oklahoma in Miami and spent many weekends down in Grove on Grand Lake O'Cherokees. Gotta get yourself a boat!
