Schumacher has released a body a engine tri y headers! I got all excited, was going to order 1st thing this morning then looked at the magazine again.... A body a engine torqueflite! I would kill for these headers in my 4spd equipped Duster! Anybody have any ideas? Hydraulic throughout bearing?????

I'd go with the hydraulic throw out bearing. The clutch linkage is probably what's in the way. Now, if they would only make a set for early A's.......

I've always wondered how they could make a set for big block but not small block...

They claim:The only Small Block Header available that does not wrap around the suspension or the frame!
I wonder what Doug's will have to say about that.

It doesn't appear that the shaft of the z-bar will cause interference. I bet if you relocate the arm on the z-bar, they'll work. That seems to be standard fare on any of the other headers out there, with the added benefit that these will be easy to remove/install during trial-fitting. Schumacher is claiming install times under an hour.
