Poor man's bench- sawhorses and a 4x7 metal fire door.
Thanks everyone.........I'm so stoked with how they turned out. Here's a pic with a grinder and vise mounted to one of them.
Here's what I did with another bench along with some old metal cabinets that got thrown in the mix :toothy7:

Yep, I use a couple of those plastic sawhorses with a wood door on top for outside work.

I use and old electronics rack that I put on it side and then a friend gave me a old diving board that I cut down and use for the top. It's been a great heavy duty bench.
