Howdy FAB0ers- Long time reader, first time poster.
I'm located in S. Florida and am looking for a turn-key cruiser and something I can take to the local 1/8 mile track at times and run. I prefer 64-65 Valiants but will consider a 63 or 66.
I need something drivable and that I can maybe bolt on performance upgrades as time and money permit. 2 doors only, V8, 8 3/4 already installed and maybe a more robust brake upgrade would be on my wish list as well as a non rust-bucket and decent body and interior. Budget is around $4-5k max and I'm hopeful I can find something that can run low-mid 13s in the quarter within that budget.
If you have any good candidates that can meet that criteria please let me know.
