Can someone please give me a year on this 4 door dart? And more importantly, what size should the rear end be? I am hoping to use some parts from it as donor parts for my 69 dart. Thanks!

Back bumper would be 70-73. Side marker lights are inset(?), so I think that moves it to a 70-71?? although I don't see the Demon front end. kind of hard to tell.
  • most likely a 7 1/4 rear....

Front fender has a 70/71 marker light. It appears to be inset but also the location is different for '72+ and it's in the right location for 70/71. Can't tell about the rear marker, I don't see any bezel and the location for the 70/71 and '72+ markers are pretty much the same so that doesn't rule out the car being a '72 or '73 with a 70/71 front end.

It's definitely '70 to '73, and it has '70/'71 fenders up front. My guess would be the whole car is probably '70 or '71, the picture is too small for me to confirm that rear marker light though.

def 70-71, side markers tell.
only way to be sure on the rear is to look under it.
bolted on cover on the rear=7.25
front drop out center section=8.75

I agree with this poster.... def 70-71 car, VIN will confirm that. The car very well could have a 8 3/4 rearend, even in a 4dr car. We pulled a few out of 72 Dart 4 doors, with 318 engines, years ago in North Carolina.

If it matters, ANY rear end in that car will fit yours.

70-71 no doubt.. most likely it has a 7 1/4 especially with drum brakes all around.but some strange ones had 8 3/4. worth a look.
