Yet another decode question

Hi everyone.

Can someone point me to a place I can get my fender tag decoded? I pretty much have the VIN figured out, but the fender tag is a mystery. I did a search on here and got too much to be helpful. I know people post about this all the time.

By the way it's for a 68 Valiant. Thanks everyone.


PS. Does anyone know what the first day of production was at Dodge Main for the 68 model year?

I tried the MyMopar decoder and it didn't act right. Would only let me put a digit in the left half of the fields. Must be my stupid Windows 10 again.

I can't post pictures from this computer, so here is the gist of it:

Top row, nothing.
Second row: 4 under F, 1 under R, 2 under X
Third row: 5 under 5, 1 under A, D1B under TRM, 001 under PNT, U under U
Fourth row: VL41 21 5 03 809 1916xx

The xx in the last row are digits I can't read, because there is a 25 stamped at an angle that covers them. The best I can make it out is 191688, but I can't be positive.

Hope this makes some sense.
