Close friend murdered last night

Wow. You don't think about this happening to you or your friends. My friends Lisa a beautiful person and talented artist was taken from us last night or early this morning. I don't have all the details but they are investigating her death as a homicide. Lisa had a heart of gold and would have done anything she could for anyone friend or not. I hope her killer is brought to justice. I will miss her smile and her wicked sense of humor.

My sympathies to you on the loss of your friend. Went thru something similar around 20 years back. Domestic violence. Still bothers me.

Many years ago a friend of mine was murdered too. He was walking out of a bar in Chicago with his girlfriend (also my friend) when some douchbag made a comment about his girl. He told him to STFU and the loser shot him in the neck. The loser was caught, but spent less than 15 years in prison until they let him out.
 
Prayers Sent on such a senseless and violent act. Whatever happened to "Love thy neighbor". This world is insane.
