I know some people don't like them but how many of you out there have Tattoos and how many
Post pics I think the artwork is awesome they all have a story please share some pics I have 2

Hell nobody else needs to post after all that. lol

Also my wedding ring is inked on, have triple swirling 6's on my right hand. and the now gone Vampire bite on my neck. Really do need to go see my tattoo guy/friend next time I am in AZ to get everything touched up...

Tatoos, like jerking off, useless, if you like needles shoot up instead, like the junkies that got them in the 60's. Hepatitis ring a bell? The coroner will think your "classy".

Everyone is entitled to there opinion....even if it does show how ignorant you are.....ever hear of an autoclave? Board of Health certificate? Tim has never, in over 15 years of owning his shop, had any sort of infection come out of his shop....

Could go into how this was "therapy" for me, but you are probably far too judgmental to understand it....Congratulations, you are now number 54 on my ignore list....

I pull emblems off my car and get them done.I have a lot more work to get done, but I haven't made it back to the tatt shop I go to.I only use Texas Body Art in Houston,Tx and it's a pretty good drive from where I live. The zombie Jesus is basically for being raised Southern Baptist by my grandparents and going to Christian school for a few years.I have quite a bit more work, but these pics should work for now.
70 Challenger script

That's a lot of quality work. I don't have any tattoos but it's real art when done right.

I have a question though and this is an honest, non-judgmental one I've often wondered about. Just something I've always been curious about- why so many guys in our town (like 80%) have tattoos of various frightening skulls and really terrifying looking creatures. The artwork is very intricate, detailed and quite nice but I'm not sure I'd want to look at that every time I look at my body. It's pretty dark in a lot of peoples minds. Without delving too deep into a person's psyche, what makes you choose something like that to place permanently on yourself. It's all legit artwork but why that in particular? It's not a question I might walk up to a stranger on the street and ask.

Good question and although I can only speak for myself and not anyone else with tatts you speak of,I decided to get the zombie Jesus because as a child I spent every summer with my grandparents and attended their southern Baptist church. With all the hellfire and brimstone and then going to a Christian school,I wanted to get the tattoo with my take on it.I'm sure he wasn't too pleased when he woke up after being brutally murdered.I wouldn't be and I'm sure nobody else would be either.I'm fascinated with the idea of zombies and have a few zombie tatts. The emblems should be self explanatory. All the emblems are on my left arm and the plan is to have a complete sleeve done in Mopar type art.

So some of them have pretty deep meaning to you with a lot of thought and some are just because you really dig the subject? I get it.

I kind of think some of the guys I've seen around here get them for street cred and maybe to warn off challengers but it's pretty obvious by yours that a lot of thought and time have gone into them. Thanks for the answer. Like I said I don't have any and likely never will but I do appreciate the art and talent it takes to create good quality images like that.

I cant compete with Ink, but I have 3 and wanting more. You can only see 2 here because the one on my arm is a coverup of a bad one I got when I was young and no it wasnt a girls name LOL.

The one one on my arm is nature related Fire, Water and Wind. I love the outdoors and went to school for Natural Resources, but never got a job in it. The one on my side is for my daughter. I need to have more work done on it but the pain was damn near unbearable so I stopped at this point.

I want more and they are addicting!!!!

I don't find it all that attractive but have no problem with those that do. To each his own and judgmental asses like aracer01 just don't have a clue.

Some people have never been a tattoo shop and seen them. Some shops break the needles when there done and I have never been in a shop where they didn't open a needle after it has been in autoclave. They have a sanatation rate just like a restaurant.

Ink junkie love your art man it's awesome,
Everyone has there own style I like the vintage style bright colors and some like black and grey

The Memorial tattoo for my Dad brings back memories of him and let's me never forget
