Oh I am sure he is probably on here right now watching all of this under a different name....if you were that kind of person and doing what he is to people wouldn't you?

I don't care if he has a website or not, just that he ship the damn parts. Sent out Monday....weeks ago, along with a mailed refund since some seat hinge covers that "we're nice" weren't when he went to ship. Full of ****. I make a deal. I pay immediately. I expect my product. I had this happen with another member on here. A couple phone calls and I received product....albeit condition is questionable when you have to call a sheriff on a mechanical part. Respond to your PM. Put the money back in my paypal account. Keep your parts.
 
He's been kicked off a bunch of the Mopar Facebook sites.
 
Wow I feel like a complete idiot for offering condolences to someone who came on here with a complete lie using family members having serious medical issues as an excuse to rip good people off. I hope you are reading this so I can tell you , I hope you rot in hell
 
I hope no one takes this the wrong way. But.....you are feeding right into these guys hands. This is just what they want. They are probably looking at every post and sitting back and gloating about what they got away with SO FAR. Some people get off on stuff like this. They thrive on attension. They thrive on the fact that the whole site is talking about them. It is pathetic but it is true and they know it and love the attension.
I personally had no dealings with Mike but I came damn near with Justin till I saw through him and cancelled the deal. There is a lot of people on here who has been burnt including me at one time or another. If you are going to nail him, do it but I believe they are feeding on all of the attension. I don't know what the answer is right now. I know what it feels like to be taken for money or lied to. It is a violation of oneself. But I don't know if I would be stroking their egos by keeping this going. Just my .02 worth.
 
I don't know why you guys got ripped off by this guy, this site uses that terrific feedback system. Still think that this place needs a "Wall of Shame" forum...but what the hell do I know

Yes, this thread may feed his ego, but it is also calling him out and uncovering more and more of his method of operation... The more we know about him, the better we can catch him sooner next time... The only way he's gonna stop is if he's thrown in jail or somebody "evens the score"....

Now he has to go out and re-establish a new "persona" and start the scamming all over again. Now we are catching on and hopefully will catch him earlier on his next attempt. If anything, it at least stalls his operations for a bit while he "regroups"....

Maybe someone should make up some flyers about this guy and post them all over his town. Let the locals all know what he's doing, and that he's bringing negative attention to their area. Get his townspeople pissed off at him so they treat him like **** whenever they see him... Hopefully run him out of town...

If the guys who got ripped off just let this go, then that's why he keeps doing it as long as he can get away with it. IF these guys all press charges and put some heat on this *** wipe, then hopefully he will get some jail time... If you got ripped off and don't pursue this, then you are supporting him by letting him get away with it. that's exactly why he's doing it, because he can. If you let him, he will keep at it.

Hopefully get grandpa thrown in jail with him. It seems like that's where he got his morals and guidance from. Grandpa is just as big of POS as Justin. Then how will grandpa keep up with the bills on the house when in jail, and hopefully loose his house as a consequence of the punishment. I have no sympathy for guys like this, and believe that they should loose there belongings so they can feel what it's like.... Maybe then, they will realize what they did was wrong... If they are going to take from others, it's only fair that they loose some or all of their belongings. :finga:

I've hit every facebook page I can find that is a classified page for Mopars, you're talking 10s of thousands of people on those pages. He uses all forms of social media to push his scams too. So all we, who haven't been ripped by him can do, is spread the word.

Even though I've not been ripped off by him, a friend was. A friend who was trying to finish his car for his dying son. So I've made it a personal mission to make it known about this guy.
 
If everyone bands together, they can take this/these dirt bags down...
 
Even though I wasn't scammed by this scumbag, I will do what I can to help. I hate a thief.
 
Too bad this guy is using his brain for evil.

It's really a beautiful "business" model-

He actually completes some transactions so board members that search his posts can see deals go down.

Then he starts the con by offering excuses why he can't ship.

Then come the excuses for why he can't refund.

All the while making more and more scam deals based on the initial five or so legit transactions, and then the dozens of "in progress" transactions.


I'd also suggest the FTC- Federal Trade Commission.

For those of you that have possibly paid with a Postal MO, go to the site above and file a complaint, then go HERE: http://ehome.uspis.gov/fcsexternal/default.aspx

and file the info about the MO and that you received nothing.

Also, quite possibly, if you paid by check as well, I would still think that constitutes Mail Fraud.


If you folks take the time to do this, I think someone in Virginia is going to be one unhappy camper.

I just had a discussion with an "agent" 30 minutes ago, and they explained how the FBI site works and and how it groups complaints together. Once the info is entered and the system queries the complaint, they will be categorized and grouped together.
