I overslept this morning and was late for work so I decided I'd just call in and work in the car. I got up and got dressed walked outside and found my sweet Lucy dead she was hit by a car (im assuming) she made it back home and passed away right beside her favorite chair. I have one of those pet safe fences I'm not sure how she got thru it. Me and my whole family is heartbroken. Iv been sad and upset all day.

So very sorry for your family's loss. Those of us who are pet parents know all too well the heartbreak of losing a four legged member of the family.
 
Sorry to hear that. Pets can become a part of the family. I had to put my terrier pit down as he developed lymphoma and I kept him till he could not go any longer. Worst thing I've ever had to do and I feel your pain. Best wishes to You and your family. She was a beautiful dog.
 
I simply have No words. All I can say is you will swear up and down you will not get a new dog so as not to experience the pain of losing another one and then some fur ball Pup will worm their way into your heart and you will have another hound. We call them mans best friend for a reason.

We have 3 we had 4 with Lucy. I think my wife is already looking at puppies on Facebook. She was so sweet and calm. I love my Marshall but he is so wild sometimes he dont like to set still and snuggle Lucy was my snuggle baby. She loved to just lay in my lap perfectly still and be petted she would come up while I was working and get between me and whatever I'm working on and just look at me like are you gonna pet me or not. She was a good dog and will be missed greatly.
 
I sure am sorry. I knew you loved her. You got lots of pictures of her on Facebook. Condolences.
 
That sucks, sorry to hear you have to go through that. I just had to say goodbye to my older dog, she just plain ran out of gas. Whether a surprise departure or one you can see coming, they all suck. Give an extra scritch to the remaining three.

That's horrible brother I just again another one that's lost for words I just can't imagine losing someone so special so quick.. I'm going to just leave myself with the good memories of your videos and seeing the dog getting in your way and stuff...

We said goodbye to Blazer our 13 year-old American terrier on May 2nd a 10.30 am PST.
 
We recently learned that our oldest, Dunham has liver disease and may have another 6 months, he turned 11 in December, we've had him since he was 10 weeks old.
