So here is the story. On another mopar site I posted that I am looking for a pair of headers. Just like here. A guy emailed me saying that he has a new pair that he would sell me. Awsome. So on April 13th I used paypal & sent him his money. It is now May 7th & no headers. In between I emailed him several times & asked where my headers are. He kept telling me O IM SO BUSY I will get them sent out ASAP. I have had enough. So I emailed him one last time & said that's it im done. I will contact paypal & see what they can do. I will contact that mopar site & let them know whats going on. I contacted that other mopar site & let them know what was going on & they pretty much said your **** out of luck & don't go posting on here about it & positing any thing bad. F**k that site im done with them. I asked a question on paypal & it came up that since this person is not a business & a privet seller that there is not much they can do. I have yet to here from anyone from paypal. I think I was scammed. I have dealt with many guys & gals, bought & sold here on FOR A BODIES ONLY. You all are awesome. Never had any problems. So I am out headers & my money. I like this mopar site. You guy don't put up with that ****. Ok time for some coffee lol You all have a good one

Well then you should have buyer protection. I’ve been on both sides of buyer protection and every time they aired on the side of the buyer. It doesn’t make sense they won’t refund your money. That is why they charge 3-3 1/2%.

Sending friends and family can be risky. I do it when I buy stuff on here because we tend to hold each other accountable. If you try to screw someone over here, you will be called out and given a chance to make amends. If that doesn’t happen, you get booted from the site.

Unless I've dealt with someone before I always add the 3 1/2% on top and send regular, that way you are covered. Never a problem on here.
Call him out on this site, someone is bound to know something about him. If the other site doesn't want to work with you, call them out here also, so people here know not to deal with them. As stated before, everyone here seems to hold others accountable & friends don't screw other friends over usually.

roy you are probably correct. moparts only thinks about what he can make on the infomercials. several buddy buddy groups over there. i only look there from time to time now as it is crazy stupid some of the stuff going on over there.
I do the same thing. I will look over there but found my home right here. I have had the pleasure of dealing with many members on FABO and have no need to go anywhere else. I have met many members here over the years and always leave with me having met good people.
I was booted from Moparts a good while back. I have no idea why & none of the administrators or moderators can or will tell me why. I just gave up on them & stay here & BBD.

You cant dispute it. If you didn't pay as Family and Friends why cant you get your money back.
In reality, some are slow shippers. April 13th to May 7th, seems slow to ship but I seen it before. Just maybe your headers will show up.

I get that I understand but he repeatedly told me O yea ill get them sent to ya ill get them out in a day or two each time he said that I gave him a week to send me the trac number like he said he would & nothing if he doesn't have them or just cant get them out right now I get it no biggie then send my money back

Bummer....we have a stay at home order here and I’ve been making less trips out to the post office, plus with kids home from school and having to help them it takes a lot of my time. Hopefully you get your stuff. If sent through paypal file a claim and you should get your money back. Not sure how that works if sent as friends/family though if that’s how it was done.
People dont learn and they get burned. Country song in there somewhere.
Wold be good if at least he shipped!! I have had 2 bad commercial buys go to chit with UPS and FED X just recently. I finally got taken care of by FED X and I still have not gotten anywhere with UPS or the company I bought from. Next will be to to call lmy card card co/ They all blame the Corona, dunno.
