i did not know about the early 68 change, i have a 68 383 gts and 69 383 gts k frame here and both look the same around the steering box location, so must be a 68 ps k frame as well, thanx for info

k frames are the same 68 and 69, change center shaft on column or change column and all bolt in for manual steer to power steer

1969 gts 383 came with both power steering and brakes from the factory

looking for mmc detroit (dave wise) "a" body restoration guide book and a fastener guide book, any leads or info would be great, or if there is enough interest dave would look into another run of them if could get around 100 pre sells thanx

he wasnt sure on cost at this point as he usually likes a run of 500 books at a time. i just ordered the b body and e body books and were 145.00 for the fastner books and 185.00 for the restoration books each. i am thinking maybe a little higher with a smaller run. trying to get enuff interest

does anyone have any used mmc detroit , a body fastner book, and a restoration guide book, both for a body ? i talked to dave wise at mmc and he would need to presell around 100 books to consider running some. if there arent any used to be found is there enough interest out there to make a run ?
