How much for the 340 drive train do you have 8.75 rear for it?

Its a 2 dr I think it had 270 on the side trim. Owner says it was restored but it was late when I looked at it and nobody was home. I'll check the spring perches and the body for bondo. He's "asking" 6k for it.

I found a 66 Dart 225/6 auto trans bench seat. white ext red int. paint is new. Looks to be in very good shape. What is a fair price? What would you do with it? keep it stock or mod it? How much work to put 360 with 727 and a 83/4 rear in it?
