I suggest skinny rear tires, maybe old bias ply's. Something that won't even attempt to hook up. 300 hp shouldn't destroy that 7.25 right away. Don't waste any time or money on that 7.25. There's a reason everyone puts something bigger in with a performance motor. You can stick your foot in it...
