I tried to read it. But i am illiterate sure when it comes to electrical

1970 dodge dart v-8 engine. Points ignition. On the bulkhead there is a brown wire with a yellow line. It is on the far driver side and is 2nd slot down. I believe it is in the "c" slot. What is this wire for?. It is hacked and cannot find where it goes. Thanks in advance

I am looking for a engine harness for undrr the hood of 72 dart. Do not need the wiring for the lights. If it was extra id pay for you to mark location to each wires location too. Thanks
