I have a Blueprint la 408. Blueprint website says 34 degree total timing at 4000 rpm. Looking around I see a consensus of 16-18 initial and 34 -36 all in at 3000. 408 has Comp 228-4 4150- 750 4 speed and 3.55 8 inch. Would all in at 3000 or 4000 be better option for primarily street car.
I went with 235/40r19 on 19x8 inch wheels. Clears the calipers and the aftermarket a-arms. After marking 3 inch back from power fender bracket and relocating there are no clearance issues. May get fat rear skiney front for a change later.
So then it would be pretty safe to say that all springs that have no positive or lowered ride height would have the same ride height, but would have different spring rates. Meaning they would be more firm or soft riding. Now from the comments it seems that new stock ride
height springs...

I think the guy I got it from ran it at the strip with the tci 727 and an open dif 8.75 that leaked and locked up the right drum and burned up the tranny. Think it has pretty much sat since then. May do head port and rockers eventually. Thanks for the awesome info
