You can use the 6.1 cam, crank, and map sensors. The cam and crank are same as 5.7. The map sensors are different between the two in that how they attach to the intake. The 5.7 is a snap in and twist. The 6.1 uses two screws to attach to the aluminum manifold. The 6.1 MAP is the one you want.

I guess I should bring up another point of my thread. My main point was that they are not a true "bolt on". They will physically bolt to the engine. But, when using the torsion bar suspension, there is major interference. The manifold does not allow the bar to be installed into the lower control...
The Imperial 318 fuel injection manifolds were really good. They don't have the correct bolt pattern for the carb. But, the throttle holes are big and the mounting pad has a lot of room for "adjustments" when drilling the mounting holes. Hard to find piece though. The early 360 non EGR are...
A friend of mine that ran Mopar dirt cars back in the day ran the sqareback and race constant voltage electronic regulator with no issues. I would trust the NOS Mopar Performance first.
