Could use some help identifying some roller rockers

There seems to be a lot of misinformation about running the Chevy 1.6 on the Magnum heads. I experimented with this once, geometry was horrible. Lost quite a bit of lift. Well aware of loss with lifter angle, also messed around a lot with push rod length. This is why Hughes sells the 1.65...

    Eagle Hemi race build

The Gen 3 doesn't require lots of timing. My 6.1/426 is 13:1, built to run on pump gas. 93 is the minimum requirement for mine. My timing is at 24*. I would agree with most here, if it's 90% drag, get as much compression for the booze. With limited street use, spring for few gallons of race gas...

    Exhaust manifold question

The left side truck/suv manifold are the same. The right sides are different. The right side truck won't work. Points directly into the firewall.

    Reluctor swapping.

The 32 came from an early 03-08, don't recall specific year. It was a 5.7.

Anyone tried only 8 plugs on a high compression race application?

The Prefix Cascar engines used a distributor and used only one spark plug. They were a typical large bore, short stroke stock car type of build. I forget power numbers, but, good IIRC. I have not tried it in my gen 3 stuff. I've seen no reason to. 22 degrees on pump premium.

    Reluctor swapping.

I have put a 32 tooth wheel on a 2011 Eagle 5.7 crankshaft. This was a direct bolt on. I have heard that there may possibly be a change in the later cranks with the bolt pattern on the reluctor.

    Exhaust manifold question

I do still have them. As per racerjoe's comment, I have some long blocks i can do some test fitting to check interference with driver's side starter situation.

    Exhaust manifold question

The SRT 6.1 Jeep manifold is it's own deal. They are NOT the same as car 6.2/6.4. Durango 5.7 manifolds do fit, they have a larger outlet than the Grand Cherokee's. Both are the log style manifold, probably not good for the supercharger. With no torsion bars, the 6.1 Jeep manifold would probably...

Max bore size for a 1969 340 Block

I should have one, the machine shop I use has one so..... It's not like they are super expensive.

Max bore size for a 1969 340 Block

Agree with RRR on the sonic check. Most "competent" machine shops "should" have one.
