We believe our nutjob neighbor loosened a couple of lug nuts. She was parked in the driveway as my (ex)husband was using her as a daily driver. The neighbor has "fits" where he stands outside screaming at no one, he's threatened to kick my ***, and he tried to run my (ex)husband over once. But...

I'm really hoping to get between $3-4,000, but I know it needs work, so it's negotiable. She's garage kept but is still starting to show some surface rust.

I'm between 8 and 9 just off of Dequindre, so not too far at all. I REALLY appreciate the help. I want the car to go to someone who will do something with her, but I also don't want to get screwed over because I don't know enough about it.

Honestly, if you're good with a rat rod, it doesn't really need much. I'll get in the garage in a day or two to get some updated photos.
