got it tomes down a tiny bit now to check if it actually matches the tails

I wanted to add more "bling" to my tail panels on my 66 dart convertible and decided to go the racetrack look. Since the grooves in the tail panel almost looked ready made for that and so far it look like it may workout just fine once I tone the intensity out and down to match the tail lights...

mine was through the carpet also but I cheated and did a later model pedal (floating pedal) I like that much better since I'm doing A/C conversions and custom floor mats for my cars

little high for sure, needs dash pad 400 ish closer to 5 anf that's not at just dashes either or it'll be higher, door panels 600 closer to 7 , headliner (not even going to try to put that shrunken piece back up since it won't fit correctly anyways) bezels look poor another 1k for all the bezel...

look at Jim Keunemans posts he had some made for his 63 manual top car and you can purchase them at the place that made his. Laysons and other make crappy replacements but Jims are extra strong and a bit bigger than originals for durability. dang! shapeways went away? hmm see if he can swing...

63-66 rears (valiants or darts) are weird for the convertibles, valiants don't fit in the darts since they don't go down into the well like the darts with he longer wheel base . ME I went with 1996 sebring seats (and seatbelt controller) with minor mods since I wanted power seats and seat...

nice I use a gummie eraser and freeze it then carve it in the CNC, But your is much cheaper for one off's I label my custom made plastic parts that way

looks like later than 66 , 63-6 had a bottom mount 67 and up had a center pivot , BTW 80's fox body mustangs had the same motors as the 63-66 units but you do ahve to watch the plug ends on the 90s . both mine have 80's-90's salvage yard motors in them.

my 65 bellevidere had the same ones (used a 65 dart in my 65 bellevedere so they must be oretty close)

we can tell you don't live in a humid place then design one . array it and put in cutting holding tabs and it's done, I do that for some small parts I need 10 or 12 of, but then I mold em and cast them for better durability. doing some 63 lincoln door pulls now for a customer

they(deposition printed 3d priner , NOT a resin printer) don't hold up well unless UV coated or fully painted, I've done a few parts for my car and 3 years using and in the sun kills parts (yes UV coated also, but I could have coated them better). Now resin printed and they look and last better...
