Yeah Asa, I didn't have that issue.. opening the package! It was done "opened" when I got it, and partly "done" (if ya wanna call it that) so.... as on the first page you can see how I bought it, the frame and suspension looked like crap! They weren't making it it look to be Daisy's Jeep "Dixie"...
Took "Dixie" to her Third contest this year, on October 2nd 2016 at the Classic Plastic Show in Lawrence, MA, and She brought in a 3rd place win in the "Light Duty Trucks" category. Pretty please that this model has "placed" in every contest shes been put in!
I have a want for a '70 Coronet Wagon OR 4 door of that same car in 1/25th was made by Modelhaus and by the time I had the $$$$$ to buy, they were no longer taking orders and are now gone so............. I'll probably NEVER get either of them at this point, as there seems to be none of them...
I have to agree with Rob too. Ain't many to build that as you see it for $13K, not only do parts and materials cost, but you have to remember how much of "time" went to make that car look as you see it!
