Magazine cars. How many on the forum?

My 69 Hemi runner was in a few. The funny one was the photos were taken in Vegas and the next day the writer interviewed a guy with a similar car because I had left and neither party knew better. I had no clue they even took pictures. Here is a good rebuild article...

    OER vs AMD door hinges

I'm not a fan of anything OER, none of it fits right. That said I've never tried the hinges.

    Thermostat temperature recommendations

If you do get the engine to run near 160 make sure you change the oil a little more often because the temp isn't high enough to get the condensation out of the crankcase via the PCV. There is a reason for the factory putting higher rated stats in.

    Scenes Along Route 66

We stayed at the Stagecoach in Seligman last year, it was slightly better than a tent LOL. But it was only $65 for the night and new owners just took over and It was the only place that had a room for the big cruise weekend.

Is it possible that all the affordable project cars are now taken?

Inflation has screwed everything up. If you find a good buy then parts will kill you.

    Factory AC for 68 Valiant.

If you have a good heater put the under dash unit in. I didn't have that option being a factory a/c car, that and I added a console.

    Factory AC for 68 Valiant.

I took the factory unit out of my 68 and put a Vintage Air unit in. Between the controller and vacuum motors it kept me busy and then the evaporator started leaking. Saved about 30lbs also. Had to make a few mods to the controller
