    65 Barracuda 7" wheels

No pics but I ran 14x7 US slots on my 2nd '65 Valiant with E60/14 tires on the front that fit just fine. Had 14x8s w/ L60/14s on the back. Don't ask how they fit but imagine if you will, air shocks and shock extensions.

Making a model of my 1965 Dart.

Nice. You are way ahead of me. I have a replica of my first car ('65 Valiant) waiting for paint (4 yrs. now  ). I started out with a Bandit resin body that used the '69 Barracuda kit for a chassis. Did not like the inner fenders/firewall that came with it so used the...

Trying to match my 71 charger

I painted mine years ago with just what I could try to match it with (not even close). Several years ago someone told me about scale finishes. I have bought several bottles from them to match replica's I'm building. Scalefinishes.com

Trying to match my 71 charger

Looks like it's F3, same as my son's '71. His grandfather gave it to him as his first car back in '97 or so. Drove it through HS and still has it. 318 car but now sports a 383 built by Mike McCandless. :steering: 'glass fenders & scooped hood courtesy of a woman who ran a stop sign near our...

    Headder options for 340 / a833

Or if you could find a set and don't mind cutting your inner fenders, old school fenderwell headers. I had a set on my 2nd '65. Very eye-catching when the hood is up. Not sure if they even still make them.

    1965 valiant /6 to 340 a833 and 8 3/4 rear swap

I would use the above pic to measure your center link as I think it was hit or miss when these cars were built. My first car was a '65 Valiant w/ a 340/727 & 8 3/4. I had a second one with the same 340 and a 4 speed. Neither car rubbed on the center link and both were /6s (first was a 170 & the...

1964 Valiant "Get Runnin & Drivin"

Dang, sorry to hear that, Rob. :( We have several scrapes and dings in the wife's '17 Challenger from being hit in parking lots while parked in a HANDICAP spot. It's black so every little scratch shows. She says how does this happen? I remind her that I have said for years that most...

For all you Early A body fans

They are releasing a '72 Duster 340 also. Both are on my want list.

    1/64 scale Mopars

Nice. I ought to go down to the basement and look through all the Matchbox/Hot Wheels/etc. I boxed up when our son moved out 15 yrs. ago. Rat Rod Al, I had a '67 GTX in LL1 w/ a black interior, 440, 4 spd. I have always regretted selling that car. I have a 1/25th scale kit that I'm...

67 Dodge Dart with a 360 Oil Pan Clearance Issue

As mentioned, a right angle filter adapter should solve your oil filter problem. Had a 340 in a '65 Valiant and don't remember any problems with the oil filter (with factory adapter) and it's tighter than your '67 which is identical to the '68 'cuda the engine came out of...

    yesterday's score

That '37 Chevy was the 2nd model car I ever built many years ago. Of course, at 14 I built it as a street machine. I would love to build another just for old times sake but haven't run across one. Best of luck with them.

    Back at It

I'm kinda glad I'm not the only one that is slow to finish a model. I have a replica of my first car ('65 Valiant) that just needs painting. Total of 15 that need to be painted including a Hemi Dart and the '69 Dart kit I scavenged the 440 from. I decided to use it to build a replica of a...

A couple of more recent effort

Nice work. I have several replicas I'm building of cars I had including a '65 Valiant. Another is a '67 GTX 440, 4 spd. in LL1.
