I appreciate the info. I did consider a smaller filter but on the early A TTI headers I don't think I even have 2" of clearance.

Sounds like it could be a great idea, however my frustration is that this kind of work and modifications shouldn't be needed when you already pay so much for a system that is supposed to fit.

Thanks for the suggestions I'll have to check with them. The part numbers on the pipes match with what they say is supposed to fit and early A. I know things are extremely tight on the early A's compared to the later ones.
