Well unfortunately still busted. I replaced the crank and cam sensors and nothing, still running the same. Ran a compression test and all cylinders are just around 180psi. It's weird but I smell blow by, don't know why. It seems to kinda have a loss of power as well.

Wow man that's crazy, your a genius! I'll have to give it a try and hope that does the trick. Which would explain why it was working just fine and then it happened out of the blue. I'm sure when they rebuild this stuff they probably didn't replace the sensors with new ones.
