Well, it may end up as a case by case or wheel by wheel situation. I found a set of 16x8's with 4" back spacing. Most are the 35 mm off set, mine are 0. I didnt have any issues at all and due to my back spacing I did not have to purchase any spacers. I just wanted to toss this out for piople...

No, the clip was just bent up and over the cap so I turned it and bent it around instead.

Ok, this is the only pic I have at work. i will try to get more when I get home. Its not a close up is the only problem... One note, it was a CLOSE fit for the spindle cap. The centercap actually hit the pin that keeps the spindle nut cap on and I had to meve it around alittle.

I did not find any problems or tweaking at all when I put the wheels on. I was able to thread the lug nuts on all the way when I first put the mounted the wheel. It lined up great!

I have put several thousand miles on them. No problems at all!

So there are some people out there that have probabaly already figured this out but I thought that I would share my little discovery! I have a 1969 Barracuda that Idearly love. I hated the wheels that were on it when I purchased the car and set out for a new set. Finding that the 4x4 bolt...

Im getting ready to change my 7 1/4 out for an 8 3/4 rear in my 69 Barracuda. My question is what do I need to expect to do to my driveshaft. I presume that there is difference in length. Thanks

Thanks for the info. I have ran the engine to where it has problems with my head under the hood and I am holding 9-10 psi of fuel pressure with out fluctuation. I just pulled the intake to make sure that there were no vacum leaks around the gaskets also. I started it for the first time today...
