[FOR FREE] Free Trade: 70 Cuda rearend housing and axles for the same parts for a 67 Cuda

New to mopar world, yes. I'm a Pontiac guy, but am restoring my late cousin's 67 Cuda. Pulling the old slant six and weak rearend for a modern Hemi, 727 and 8-3/4. Well I suppose I may have to consider some cash on the barrel head, or I'll just narrow this one and buy new axle shafts. Thanks...

Straight up, unless there are other parts thrown in that are worth some money, but I'm only trading the bare housing and its pair of axle shafts. I'd think E body housings are harder to come by, making this a fair trade, but I don't know.

[FOR FREE] Free Trade: 70 Cuda rearend housing and axles for the same parts for a 67 Cuda

I will trade even, a very nice 1970 Cuda 8-3/4" BARE rearend housing and its pair of correct length axle shafts, for a 8-3/4 housing and matching pair of axle shafts to fit a 1967 Cuda (roughly 3" narrower housing). I'm not including any brakes, drums, backing plates, third member...

Thank you, the 60's Pontiacs are my first love but I do like similar era Mopars...its seems I meet a lot of people that have Pontiac and Mopar as their first two choices in classic cars. Maybe its because both are so damn expensive to restore? lol By the way my 67 Cuda is from San Diego, has...

Its powder coated steel, has no baffling. Surprisingly the pickup was more expensive than the pan.

Being a cheap SOB, got a 2006 Ram truck steel oil pan and oil pickup from Rockauto, $85 for both. After some careful measurements cut the sump off, reversed it, and painstakingly welded it back on in the center. Pickup is about half inch above sump floor. Big PITA but it should clear...

If I recall right my cousin bought the exhaust manifolds thru Rockauto for a Jeep application, after hearing they should work in A body. They do seem to stick out quite a bit at the flanges though. Also, got that adapter ring out of crank last night. I'm wondering if a rear sump steel oil pan...

That pic was taken during a test fit of trans to block, just to get a quick visual of input shaft alignment and depth. I discovered later on the pilot hole diameter problem, when I started looking for convertors, which is yet to be resolved. Any suggestions? As requested, pics of my 65 GP, and...

Hello all, my second post here. I've been screwing with Pontiacs since 1983, my current ride is a 65 Grand Prix with a 467 stroker, T56 six speed and 4.10 spool. But Ive always admired the 60s -early 70s Mopars. Recently my cousin died and I bought his 67 Barracuda with a slant six and 904...

[Found!] Need 727 convertor and dipstick with tube, and a 1958 Saratoga front brake drum, and taillight lenses.

Putting a 2006 5.7 Hemi into a 67 Cuda and have the 727 trans, but need a convertor and dipstick with guide tube for it. Convertor used stock or slightly higher stall. Also my 58 Saratoga needs a brake drum and tail light lenses. I'm in central Illinois. Thanks
