Anyone know of an offering of a driveshaft safety loop for an A-body made like this?

Trust me, I've had a front U-joint fail once before and it caused carnage to the front bellhousing and tail housing case of the 727 automatic transmission case and bent the output shaft in the transmission. I had a loop in the car, but luckily the U-joint didn't fall out - only one of the...

Anyone know of an offering of a driveshaft safety loop for an A-body made like this?

Thanks, but neither are the style loop that I'm looking for. The loop I'm looking for is more like the option from Competition Engineering that was mentioned earlier (if anyone knows of another option like that, please let me know). The Lakewood loop bolts to the floor pan, which isn't what...

Anyone know of an offering of a driveshaft safety loop for an A-body made like this?

I'm looking for a driveshaft safety loop made like the one in the photo for my '69 Dart. Is there any company that makes one like this for Mopar A-bodies or is this something that I'm going to have to make up myself?

Trying to strip the factory finish off acorn style center caps? What works?

I've tried using EZ-Off and the coating on the center cap doesn't seem to be coming off with it, no matter how long I let it sit on there. The coating also seems impervious to glass bead blasting. Any other thoughts for removing this pesky old school coating/finish? I really want to avoid...

Trying to strip the factory finish off acorn style center caps? What works?

I'm trying to strip the finish off a set of factory acorn style rally wheel center caps. I've been able to remove most of the finish by a lengthy process of glass bead blasting the center caps, however, the outer edge of the center cap and the center of the acorn has some material on it that...
