    Changing the fuel tank so before the new one goes in l’m refreshing the underside. Not fun work but the results are satisfying. Part way there, have one side prepped and primed.

    Shifted my plan and decided to keep the SBP wheels Kelsey Hayes brakes. Front end rebuild and disc brakes should improve the ride a bit. Hope to have it back on the road next week.

    The body and paint was done by Nick’s Customs. It’s was a one person business so it was great to deal directly with the person doing the work. Nick was great, the reason I went to him was his quality and he super excited to paint the Dart.

    Thanks, I think I have looked at this picture at least 50 times today. Can’t wait to get the project home for the finishing touches. Paint looks so good I won’t be able to stick the old chrome bumpers back on it.

    Getting closer. Some final touches on the hood and the bodywork will be ready for final paint. I can’t believe how the colour looks. We’re pumped to see the rest of the car blue.
