I am looking at buying a 1970 Dart Swinger. The car looks to be in good shape except for the vinyl top. There is a pretty good line of rust just above the windshield on the drivers side about 5 inches long. I'm guessing there is more rust under the vinyl top. I don't see any replacement metal...
