i have built 2 cars a duster and scamp both times i used stock v8 k members with spool mounts fit no problem i did have to clearance driver side shock tower a little to clear fender well header tube

I had a 195 in it put the 165 to see if it would help

Yeah I was asking them if they had a bigger crank pulley in the aluminum but they didnt they do have a stock pulleys 6-7/8 diameter so I went with stock 1-1 ratio

Yes that was the first thing I checked

Update I got some stock pulleys from the junk yard the same size went for a ride it got up to 200 at the lights but as soon as I left the light the temp went to 195 quickly as before It wouldn't get below 210 unless I went a couple miles down the road with no stopping

440 source only has the under drive pulley in aluminum

I have it set at 36 total timing not sure what it is at idle to be honest

No vacuum is hooked up I put stock pulleys on yesterday am gonna drive it today and see if this works if not next will be a stock water pump

I'm getting some stock pulleys I seem to have misplaced my old ones I will update when I put them on

I am doing away with the aluminum pulleys I got a 6-11/16" crank pulley and a 6" water pump pulley hopefully that fixes my poblem

They have stock pulleys not a larger aluminum one

I think your right on the under drive pulleys
