Are these complete with backing plates?

Depending on how big of a guy you are, there is sufficient room to reach in (from outside) and put the car in park. Sitting in the car and driving it in, putting it in park and trying to get out of the car is a whole different story unless your trailer has an escape door.

Am I missing something? Why would it be hard to get the car in park in the trailer?
