    1969 Factory Sway Bar Info

Thought I would post what I have found about the sway bar on the 1969 Barracuda that I am restoring. I removed the sway bar that was on this car during disassembly. It was significantly rusted. Many years ago, I removed the sway bar from a different 69 Barracuda and kept it for a future need...

    Adjustable rocker arms identification

I have a set of adjustable rocker arms that were on a set of J heads. Was thinking about using them on a 340 build. Have not been able to figure out by searching this forum and other internet sites if they are original MOPAR items or aftermarket. Initially thought they were original 273...

    Lower control arm

Posted a few days ago about an odd upper control arm, now an odd lower control arm. One of the arms does not have what I would call a flange stamped into the pin side stamping. The crude arrows I drew on the attached pictures show the flange on one of the arms and the missing flange on the...

    Upper control arm question

The passenger side upper control arm that I removed from my 69 Barracuda has an angle shaped piece welded to it. The driver side does not. A set of 1971 dart control arms that I acquired do not have angle shaped piece welded on them. Is this original or did someone add it for some reason? If...

    What do these fit?

Thanks! Since flywheel and clutch are larger than 10.5", assume they will not work with the bell. If the bell is for a 3 speed only, probably it isn't worth the cost to ship it somewhere, since it is really heavy. The trans crossmember remains an unknown. Does any of this have any value that...

    What do these fit?

I believe that these are a BB bell housing, flywheel and clutch. Not sure what the cross member might fit. Want to advertise these for sale but would like to be certain of to advertise them correctly. Anyone able to identify what these parts are and what models/years they fit? Thanks, John...

[FOR SALE] Big Block K Frame

This K frame was in a 1969 Barracuda that I recently acquired. The previous owner bought this K frame and the spool mounts from a dealership in the 1970's. He installed the K frame and suspension components in the car but never installed the engine. It has surface rust from years of setting...

What unobtainium parts are needs? starter list

I might take you up on that, although the top area is so fragile that I don't know if anything other than the bottom would survive packing and shipping. Really need to run onto a set of better condition vents to model. Although if I had good vents, I wouldn't need to recreate them. LOL

Has Anyone Here Actually Searched for and Found a car they once owned?

I was able to buy the 1969 Barracuda that was the first car I ever owned in early July. It is a B5 blue notchback, Formula S, 340, 4-speed. I bought the car in 1972 and only kept it for a little over a year. Always regretted selling it, like so many people. It really did not take much...

What unobtainium parts are needs? starter list

Probably very little demand, but rear defogger diffusers for a 1969 Barracuda notchback. Don't have a very good part to measure to build a model. Bottom where hose attaches is pretty solid, top is a mess.
