OK, my son and I switched the spindles and calipers. Our calipers are now in back bleeders on top and the alignment is straight as an arrow. Don't know why, the control arms were on the correct side. Also the rubber brake lines have less stress, we have plenty of extra hose. Where as before...

Just to make sure when I am saying the calipers are in the front I'm saying the calipers are between the front tire and front bumper.

Found a banjo bolt of rockauto they say thread 7/16-20, length 1 1/16", hex 5/8". Does this sound right?

One more question. The 73 Dart had slider calipers, what size is the banjo bolt for the brake lines. I was at my local checker and they don't list a bolt, they only have different sizes. Anybody know the specs for the bolt?

Jeff, thanks. No the donor car did not have power brakes. 340, thank you too. The person we bougth the car from already swaped in a different rear end with the larger bolt pattern. Would those 7/8" wheel cylinders still work? And should I still use the proportional valve?
