New rallye dash replacement gauges/tachs (some insider news from the supplier)

Nice looking dash! I don't know what year your tach is from. So I cancelled my order with Classic and ordered a tach from AMS- they have a 2 week lead time for this item. I had already waited 4 months with Classic. AMS also had an AM radio that was on my "needed" list so that will be coming my...

New rallye dash replacement gauges/tachs (some insider news from the supplier)

Thanks for this information. I’ve been waiting for a back-ordered aftermarket tachometer from Classic Industries for my ‘67 Barracuda for a few months now and they can’t provide any estimate of when they might ship it.

Trying to put the windshield chrome back on - is this gasket right?

Thanks a bunch for the responses. Dana, just to confirm- is that the locking strip you're showing engaging with the ends of the side SS pieces? Thanks, Steve

Trying to put the windshield chrome back on - is this gasket right?

I am getting ready to go through this process with my '67 Barracuda convertible. I'm seeing the original style Precision seal with their chrome locking strip available from DMT and I am leaning towards sticking with this original setup instead of converting to the 68/69 setup. But I have...

painting Respirators (single stage Urethane-BCCC ) what are you using ?

I painted my former truck in a home made paint booth in 2000. The exhaust fan was sort of marginal and there were lots of fumes in the booth. I was very happy that I splurged for a fresh air respirator with a full hood. You need to protect your eyes as well as your lungs and skin. Be very safe!

1967 Barracuda Formula S rocker trim clips

Hi Alan, Yes, I didn’t see #181 at Restoration Specialties, which led me to look elsewhere- I was happy to find them at Layson’s. Thanks for your previous posts with that information. Steve

1967 Barracuda Formula S rocker trim clips

I've also been looking for these rocker molding clips and wanted to mention that Layson's seems to carry the ones mentioned in post #3- that is, numbered 181 and 3164 (they use the same part numbers but preceded by "GZ-"). Also, I believe that the number of clips needed mentioned in post #7 is...

[WANTED] Floor wiring cover for right front in ‘67 Barracuda

I’m missing one of my wiring covers and instead of buying a full set or making one, I was wondering if anyone has a spare for the right front. Used is okay as long as the tabs are intact. Thanks.

[Found!] Header panel PLYMOUTH individual letters for ‘67 Barracuda

Looking for a very good set of the individual letters for my header panel. I realize repros are available. I waited 9 months for a backorder from one vendor and they sent me the wrong ones and don’t seem to offer the correct ones. I see Laysons have them so that seems to be an option. Thanks.

1967 Barracuda Interior Help - Paint and Carpet

I'll reply to my own questions in the prior post (lol) after doing more research and decoding the IBM data card: With the UBS code of B8_ (third spot blank), it seems that: B= upper door color of black 8= exterior paint is buffed Blank in the third spot= no accent stripe. Line 60 ("Stripes") of...

    certicard location?

Thanks for those posts but I'm really looking for a pic for a 67 Barracuda. I did some more searching online and found the below picture of a barn find and the location matches what was stated in post 5. It would be great if someone with a 67 Barracuda could confirm this. Thanks!
