    The connector can go on one of two ways. The wiring diagram does not indicate top or, bottom of switch.

    Firewall opening id.

    I am rewiring a 67 Valliant for a client and in looking for a place to pass the harness through, I found an oval shaped hole about 15" x 2" to the right of the column. Does anyone recall what that was for originally? The car owner does not know. -C
