What's you go to budget mig wire?

Check your junk/spam folder. Virtually everything I get from this site goes in there, and I haven't been able to stop it, especially after cleaning out trackers, which Outlook (and probably others) use to know who is okay.

    65 Barracuda Trim Replacement

I've got to think this through some more. Got the rivets out easily by poking the pins out with a punch, then the plastic part of the rivet came out very easily. The inner trim piece is a different story. Thanks to your help, I realized there are two screws under the window seal. I was able to...

    65 Barracuda Trim Replacement

Thanks for the help. I'll explore this further this weekend.

    65 Barracuda Trim Replacement

So you're saying these are basically plastic headed pop rivets?

    65 Barracuda Trim Replacement

I finally got around to replacing this piece of trim below the rear window of my '65 Barracuda: I got a replacement with the car. Now that it's not too hot to crawl under that window, I discovered that the studs holding this in place aren't behind the black plastic caps like the center...

1973 Plymouth Duster repair and rebuild

Looks a lot better than my '73 duster did back in the late 70s! The lower quarter panels were rusted to the point you could only put stuff in the middle of the trunk!

    3rd Brake Light

I guess I just wasn't pulling hard enough on the wire! I was afraid that wouldn't end well, and I'd end up with no brake lights. This will help if/when the switch fails and I have to replace it.

    3rd Brake Light

I just finished putting a 3rd brake light in my ’65 Barracuda. I went with a United Pacific light, and tied it in at the brake light switch. I’m happy with how it turned out, hope it holds up! I never did figure out how to remove the wire from the brake light switch, so I pulled the whole...

How come nobody ever showed me this trick?

I've had to put the front armrests back in my '65 Barracuda several times, (I finally reinforced them and their holding for now) and usually ended up laying on the floor looking up with the door open, a flashlight, and a screwdriver trying to get the second screw aligned. Today I was putting a...

Why does Outlook think your messages are SPAM?

"There is a way in outlook to mark something as "Not Junk" - and mark a site as a safe sender...." That seems to be for an older version of Outlook. The current version does not even have a safe senders list. It creates it itself as you move stuff. But unfortunately, it's memory isn't very...

Why does Outlook think your messages are SPAM?

Outlook seems to keep track of who I want (or don't want) to communicate with via tracking cookies. I delete most of my trackers quite frequently. As a result 99% of the emails I receive from FABO (and a few other repeat senders) end up in my "junk" folder. So I move them to my inbox, and it...

Threw together a stand for rear end

Looks like that should work. I remember chasing mine around when I had it resting on a pair of jack stands, with a third under the pinion to "control" rotation.

Threw together a stand for rear end

Looks good. How do you keep the unit from rotating on the stand?

    Is either of these correct?

Thanks for the input, and the link to the previous thread. I don't have a hole on the front of my head, but there's an open one on the front of the intake manifold, so I'll move it there.
