I have been a lover of the Mopar's owning a 69 Barracuda Formula S Fastback Yellow and I purchased a 68 Superbee from a barn with motor and tans gone and interior. Floors still had factory markings on them. Quarters were already done but I needed to put trunk floors in from carpet in the truck.
Two weeks ago I purchase two Barracuda's from garage where they had sitting for 35 years. One 65 Black Red gut and 66 Yellow with Black gut both 273 and Auto. The 66 came with Factory Tinted glass and Air. I found the build sheet to the 66 under the back seat in intact for the most part.
I have put little over 2k into both and they now both road ready. New gas tanks, senders, fuel pump, water pumps, Battery's, tires, belt and hoses, and plugs, caps and rotors and points and plug wires. Rebuilt carb and replaced all wheel cylinder and hoses.
I will in the process of selling both of these cars that have not been molested or beat on. 65 has 45K and he yellow has 36K miles on them. Solid floors and not a lot of mud anywhere. rock auto magnet stick in almost the whole car.
