    ceramic coating

Search for local powdercoat shops in your area. I found a place local to me that ceracoated a set of used TTI headers for me. Over 7 years later, they still look amazing.

Need some opinions on where to go from here...

One thing I noted from your photos... looks like the block still has the dowel pin on the china wall for the OE intake end gaskets to locate. If that block was decked at some point it's possible the dowel holds the intake too high giving you sealing issues. Most people remove the dowel and...

    [FOR SALE] 1966 Dodge Coronet 2dr Post 383 4spd $21k

Not sure, the 383 and 4speed were in this car when we bought it. I found this pic of the fender tag on my phone, I can get a better shot of it tomorrow. It has a manual column and correct 4spd hump. I'm betting since it was a low-option slant 6 car it was probably a 3 on the tree originally?

Cool, I just tried it out with this pic of my Dart. It took a lot of back-and-forth to refine it... you ask it to change one detail and it changes several other things.

    [WANTED] 1966 Dodge d500 hood

1961 to mid '67 trucks share the same hood from D100 on up to the big trucks. Mid '67 to 71 hoods don't have the bump-ups on the leading edge that accomodate the 'piepan' headlight rings (65-early67) and the wings on the grills (61-64) on the earlier trucks. If you google images of the various...

    [Found!] Tig welder

Look into PrimeWeld welders. I bought their Tig225 over a year ago. AC and DC, pulse settings, works flawless and great customer support from others I've talked to that have needed it. For less than $1k you get a really nice welder. I bought mine through Weldmonger when they had a sale...

    Plumbing a fuel system

For fuel line, I've used HotRodFuelHose.com, it's PTFE lined so you have no worries about rubber deteriorating over time. Cut the lengths you need, add your AN fittings, it looks great and I've never had a problem with it.
