it doesn’t crank at all.
I did and the battery was fine. Even had a bench test that came back all good.
Not sure if it was running with that configuration, it was the first time digging into it

I tried using 2 wrenches for torque and even a bolt splitter tool and nothing has worked. I don’t want to bend the metal too much for the throttle. Any suggestions?

I do. I also rev the engine up a little bit to give it initial power so that it does not die. It seems to help a little but not by much. I was initially thinking it being a carb/choke adjustment issue.
