How is everybody fixing their rust on the decklids? Are there any patch panels for the lower lip on the decklid? Or fiberglass?

We are getting close to paint on my 69 cuda original color was sunfire yellow, my son doesnt like the color wants to pick another 69 color. What is eveyones opinion would you stay to the original color or would you let him pick another color. It is a pretty original car with #s mathing...

Ended up being in the distributor. Must have some worn out bushings on dist shaft. Thanks for your reply.

Factory carb on 318. I will double check float tommorow. Float adj were double checked before I put it back together.

Just overhualed engine and carb. Engine starts and idles perfect, accelerates correctly but if you hold throttle above an idle at a constant speed it surges badly and will load up and backfire. any suggestions? Need help!!! Thanks

What is the best way to remove the trim below the door window and qurter window on a 69 barracuda? Look like its attached with spring style push pins, but I just cant seem to get them to pop loose. I dont want to damage anything.

Where are you guys getting the replacement boots at ? Been looking for some, but everywhere I've checked says they are not available without buying the joint also. Thanks
