The problem has been fixed. The parts store gave me the wrong filter. They gave me a MO-899 the MO-090 fit. Thanks to all.

I have a 360 out of a 1978 Codoba. Took the oil filter off and it is a Fram Ultra Guard PH 43. Purchased a Mopar MO090 from Oreillys. The adaptor is flush with the engine, not a 90°. The problem is the Fram PH43 measure .65” thread while the Mopar measures .75”. When I look at the specks for a...
