Where are these k frame bushings, I see where the pin goes through the k frame however I do not see bushings

I'm pretty mechanical, I need to remove the lower control arms to replace the lower bushings. I took the tension off of the torsion bar, I gather the torsion bar needs to be removed and that is to the rear of vehicle? I took the rear clip out of its slot. Is a pair of vice grips a good idea to...
