521 restoration used to make the 68=69 tanks but they have discontinued them. They only have a few 72s and up but the filler hole in the tank is in a different location. Its like a 1.5 inch off from 69 tank

No scoop holes if you use 72 hood you will need 72 hood hinges. The hood has no adjustability like 70 does

Do your research, not sure that is a 70 hood. looks like a 72

Not if they are real 69 Barracuda or even if they are 70 duster

They look like 69, just have to be careful because 70 dusters are very similar
